Service in other cities is carried out by us or contracted 3rd part service providers.

Replacement Machine to you is usually difficult to arrange, deliver and install.
If your machine malfunctions, we will try to resolve the issue in consultation with you and the process can vary from case to case.

Jour
Within large urban areas and some other areas, you can get help evenings and Saturdays / Sundays with to-call compensation. Helpline open every day.

Spare parts
We have a complete spare parts warehouse, with over 6000 articles.
Frequent parts are always in stock for all machines sold or rented out through us.
We can offer used parts, subject to availability. But much is in stock - Please check with us!
