Sumatra Mandheling

A 100% Arabica coffee that suits all. A coffee with a fine aroma, full-bodied and robust without being acrid. It feels pure and intense with a hint of cedar wood. The coffee has very little acidity and a long finish.

The origin

This coffee is produced in Mandheling, Indonesia, which is the coffee district on the region's west coast, and the area with the best conditions for coffee growing. Many consider Mandheling coffee is one of the world's finest and most popular. On Sumatra, the plantation is usually owned of small farmers who sometimes only takes a few coffee trees. The mature coffee berries are picked by hand and placed in the sun to dry. The result is almost always a very rich and aromatic coffee. A coffee with little or no acidity, heavy body with a concentrated and possibly little soil flavor.
