Amaretto Latte Café a la Pompadour Caffé Latte

2 espresso
2 tbsp Amaretto syrup
1 cup milk

Steam milk and syrup together. Pour heated, flavored milk inro a tall glass and add espresso. Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over beverage.

15 g dark chocolate
1 dl milk
1 dl freshly brewed coffee (around 1 double espresso)
Cardamom to garnish

Melt cooking chocolate and milk over low heat in a saucepan. Mix in the freshly brewed coffee and pour the mixture into a large cup. Spice gently with ground cardamom.

6 dl stong coffee
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 dl hot milk
8 bits of raw sugar

Pour cinnamon into brew container together with the coffee beans and then brew a really strong and good coffee. Place two pieces of sugar in each cup. Pour in the coffee and milk. Enjoy!

Coffee with vanilla taste is a delicacy - 1 portion

1 double espresso
1.5 tsp vanilla syrup
1.5 dl whipped or foamed hot milk, 3%
1 tsp cocoa or O'Boy

Pour the espresso into a tall glass. Stir in the syrup. If you do not have syrup, try using one teaspoon vanilla plus 1-2 tsp of regular sugar. Top with whipped or skimmed milk. Garnish with cocoa. Serve with a long spoon.

Use rom syrup or maybe real rom

1.5 tsp rum syrup
1.5 dl whipped or foamed hot milk, 3%

If you do not have rum syrup at home, you can replace it with real rum or a few drops romessens plus one teaspoon sugar. Pour the espresso into a tall glass. Stir in syrup or romessens and sugar. Pour over the milk. Stir gently and garnish with a little milk foam. Serve with a long spoon.

Mint Coccacino Mocca Latte  
 

Mint chocolate & coffee - instead of candy

1 double espresso
l.5 tsp chocolate sauce or O'Boy mixed with 1 tsp milk
1.5 dl whipped or foamed hot milk, 3%
3 tbs whipped cream
2 tsp mint sprinkles or crushedchocolate

The syrup can be replaced with mint chocolate, for example, two After Eight and possibly a teaspoon of sugar. Pour the espresso into a tall glass. Spray chocolate sauce along the glass insides, pour over the hot milk. Pour the syrup or add mint chocolate cookies. Stir. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sprinkles or crushed chocolate.

1 double espresso
1 cm chocolate topping (or 1-2 tbs O'Boy)
3 dl milk
Whipped cream
Cocoa

Mix the espresso and chocolate topping in a tall glass. Fill with steamed milk. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Wrap a napkin around the glass. Serve with a long spoon.
